The biggest tournament of the E3 calendar is here tomorrow! The S-Circuit Cup will be hitting its seventh year in 2018, and it's shaping up to be the best tournament yet. Never have we seen a more wide-open field. This tournament, along with the title bouts set for this event, will take place over two nights in the Show Me City of St. Louis, MO! For those who are new to E3 Wrestling, here's a quick reminder on how the S-Circuit Cup works. There are a few changes this year, so take a look, even if you are familiar with E3:
- The first round will consist of tag teams that were paired together according to their Rankings, and the matches will have no Cut Play, meaning that no save attempts or run-ins will be allowed. The winning teams will move on to the second round, where...
- Round 2 will consist of matches pitting the two members of all the winning tag teams against each other. From this point forward, the tournament is singles matches only, with single elimination.
- The finals will be a Best 2 out of 3 Falls match.
- The winner of the S-Circuit Cup will receive the coveted S-Circuit Cup trophy, all the wins they've accumulated over the course of the tournament (wins and loses won't be counted for anyone else in the tourney), and he will receive an E3 Championship match at the discretion of the E3 Booking Committee. The E3 Heavyweight Champion is excluded from this tournament, as are the men challenging for that very title on the S-Circuit card.
Below is a graphic displaying all of this year's teams for Round 1, plus their seed number (posted in pink in the bottom corner of each team).
